I finally did it, created a blog. It will be a learning process, so bare with me. Let's see how long or how often I'll work on it.
Hmmm, what to talk about? Just got a phone call, looks like #1 has some unexpected work to do tomorrow. Possible leaking hot water heater at one of the apartments, plus a window needs replacing. Tenant T, instead of notifying one of us, covered the window with foil. Foil? Really? If it wasn't for #3 noticing the wet ground and the busted window, who knows when he would have said anything. The foil probably looks tacky and we pay the water bill!
Number 4, 5 and 6 bought DJ Hero yesterday. The upstairs is thumping right now. Cousin M (Hesperia) is visiting as is friend W. They are enjoying the new toy along with 4 & 6. I'll check it out later, later. Number 7 is at a concert downtown at the Palace Theater with his girlfriend A. Number 5 is still at work, she will soon join the rest and try out the new toy.
